In 2013, Aaron moved to Texas to pursue his desire to become a Police Officer. During his time in Law Enforcement he has experienced the highs and lows of complete wellness that come with being a first responder. In 2023 Aaron started First Responder Wellness with the desire to help educate first responders of the warning signs he missed and help deter diminishing wellness.

Ellen is a former kindergarten teacher turned stay at home mom from The Woodlands, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she studied bilingual education and Spanish. Ellen moved to DFW in 2013 where she met her husband, Aaron. She loves to read, travel, and spend time with her family outside. Through her own personal experiences of being a first responder wife, she is excited to serve first responders and their families providing the resources they need to live an abundant life.

FOUNDER/ TREASURER

Tommy graduated from the University of Texas where he earned a bachelor's of business administration. He owns a business in the Dallas area that installs technology solutions in the hospitality industry. Tommy and his wife Stephanie are charter members of Stonebriar Community Church where Tommy serves as an elder. They love mentoring newly married couples and serve as leaders in a Bible fellowship at Stonebriar Community Church. The Mellos have three sons and a daughter-in-law who also reside in north Texas.
